Daily stretches for neck & back tension

Sitting in the office for 7 - 8 hours a day can often lead to tension and tightness in the upper back and neck. While having a lunch break in town the other day I noticed one of my friends going for their daily 20 minute walk at midday. That's a great way to break up the day and to help with some functional movement to lessen tension. Doing some simple stretches several times a day is another way to keep your neck and back in shape. Here's a short 8 minute you tube video Physio Med -  Neck and Upper Back Stretching Exercises I've been using twice a day this week. The stretches can be all done sitting in your office chair or standing beside your desk.
